The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No.255 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 201, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
