====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, while the informant was at her house, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners came there and assaulted her and other family members. Accused persons took away cash and gold jwellery.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to land dispute and previous enmity, simple marpit took place between the parties. Doctor has found simple injury. Rest allegations are ornamental. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing

No.17678 of 2025(3) dt.17-04-2025 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in Trial No. 1368 of 2024/ Ramgarhwa Police Station Case No. 69 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
