JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2018 The petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2018 in connection with Dehri (Dalmiya Nagar) P.S. Case No. 998 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be the husband of the deceased, is of causing death of the deceased. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the deceased has died due to committing suicide and the mother of the deceased has also not supported the prosecution case and petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner stating that the petitioner is husband of the deceased and death occurred due to the strangulation.
