Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 31.08.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 20280/2021. In spite of direction of this Court to conclude the trial expeditiously, the same has not been concluded and trial court report reveals that the victim of this case has not been examined as yet.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is behind bar since 21.03.2018 i.e. more than four years and still trial has not been concluded. Considering the period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
