2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act 2022 .

3 . It is alleged that 47.850 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from cattle house of petitioner.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Recovery has been made from open place which is accessible to one and all. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

6. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional district and sesssion Judge IV cum- Exclusive special Judge Excise - II Nalanda ( Bihar ) in connection with Sare Police Station Case No. 97 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
