The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 17.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.29248 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. 3.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No.112 of 2020, pending in the court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge IIcum-Special Judge (Excise), Sitamarhi, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) each in the Victim

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40953 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 Compensation Fund.
