2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 353, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the informant by means of rod, knife and bricks due to land dispute on account of which he sustained injury. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
