JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 20-07-2016 The writ petitioner in substance seeks implementation of the order of Registrar, Cooperative Societies passed in Misc. Case No. 58 of 2008 dated 03.2.2011 whereby his termination has been set aside and the petitioner is reinstated in the services of the Bank. The complaint of the petitioner is that the order has not been complied by the respondent no. 5 Managing Director of the Bank.
In my opinion in view of the provision underlying Section 51 of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935, the remedy for the petitioner lies before a different forum and not by
Patna High Court CWJC No.11302 of 2016 (3) dt.20-07-2016 way of a writ petition.
The writ petition in the circumstances, is held not maintainable and is dismissed accordingly.
