ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2017 in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No.138 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioner is false and fabricated and has been motivated due to local politics. He further submits that though the occurrence is of 4.8.2017, the F.I.R. in this case has been lodged on 11.08.2017. It is submitted that the delay has not been adequately explained though a statement has been made that a Panchayati was held. Learned counsel for the

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No.138 of 2017. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
