JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2017 The petitioner seeks a direction for issuance of appropriate writ to the respondents to issue mark sheet for her B.A. (Psychology Hons.) 3rd Part examination, held by Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur.

On perusal of the writ application, I find that it is devoid of adequate pleadings to establish the petitioner's case that she had appeared in the B.A. (Psychology Hons.) 3rd Part Examination inasmuch as she has not disclosed even her roll number for the said examination.
