The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bahera P.S.Case No. 191/2014 registered for offences punishable under sections 354 (B), 504, 323 and 120 (B) of the I.P.C. and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from sexual Offence Act registered against three named accused persons including the sole petitioner. From the F.I.R.
itself, it is evident that the informant/complainant is about 18 years and it has been stated by the petitioner that there is some personal enmity between the parties.
Considering the facts and circumstances, in case of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks, the above named petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35940 of 2014 (6) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P. S. Case No. 191/2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438( 2) of Cr. P.C.
