The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Section 498A, 379, 313 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
The petitioner is mother-in-law of the complainant. The complainant made omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner. The complainant has made specific allegation in paragraph of the complaint that her husband after having knowledge that she was pregnant brutally assaulted her by fists and slaps on her abdomen causing her miscarriage. No allegation is made against the petitioner.

No.27801 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Nawada in complaint Case No. 51 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
