2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. One country made looted pistol was recovered from the petitioner who along with other criminals while planning loot was arrested. The petitioner has also confessed that he was involved in the loot of a CSP centre owner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2024 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17436 of 2026(2) dt.16-03-2026 2/2 having eight similar and serious antecedents.
