JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498(A) of the IPC and 3⁄4 of the D. P. Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The accusations are of demand of dowry and on nonfulfilment of the same the informant was tortured by the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law of the informant. It is further submitted that the

On behalf of the State and the informant it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and further they have not participated in the alleged offence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances that the petitioners are in-laws of the victim, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gaya, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
