2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 498A, 323, 379 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 996 of 2011.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners being the brother-inlaw, father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively of the complainant have been falsely implicated. In any event it is submitted that the complainant's husband being co-accused has since been granted provisional anticipatory bail by this Court and negotiations are going on between him and the complainant for an amicable settlement of the disputes.

4. In that view of the matter, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 27.07.2015 pending in the Court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No. 996 of 2011 is hereby confirmed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U T
