2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of D. P Act. 3 . Allegation against these petitioners is that they along with other co-accused persons subjected the victim to cruelty and harassment for the demand of dowry .
4. Petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner No. 2 is mother-in-law of the victim. They are separate in mess and property. There is general and omnibus allegation against them
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20031 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 and they have no concern with affairs of the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - I, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Dinara P . S. Case No. 598 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
