The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kawakol P.S. Case No. 248 of 2019, dated 23.08.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354(A) (B), 504 and 506/34 of the I.P.C. Later on, Section 8 of the POCSO Act was also added.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail, the Court below shall consider the same on its own merits, without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained by this Court.

The application stands dismissed.
