The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 72 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding complicity of the petitioner and others in the death of Sushma Devi. Accordingly, case under section 304B/34 IPC has been instituted against the petitioner and others.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and his wife against whom same and similar allegation has been levelled, has been granted bail by order dated 08.09.2017 passed in Criminal Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49746 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 No. 41510 of 2017.

For the reasons stated hereinabove, more particularly the fact that the wife of the petitioner against whom same and similar allegation has been levelled, has been granted bail, the petitioner, namely Ranjit Kewat is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 72 of 2017. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U T
