The petitioner being the husband of the victim has renewed the prayer for bail in Mirganj P.S. Case No. 85 of 2013 (Sessions Trial No. 441 of 2015) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage, by administering poison for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

The report of learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea dated 15.12.2017 at Flag 'A' reflects that the matter is fixed for final argument on 16.12.2017 and the trial is likely to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58108 of 2017 (3) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 be concluded by March, 2018.

In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to revise the earlier order.
