Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.
The F.I.R. of the occurrence of Dacoity is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2018. The name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. Investigation of the case is already complete. Submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, nor the petitioner was ever put on T.I. Parade during investigation.

No.47457 of 2018(2) dt.16-08-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Rafiganj Police Station Case No.121 of 2016, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
