The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. C-III Case No. 399 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

In view of the recovery of 57.200 litres of country made liquor and 94.260 litres of foreign made liquor, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
