The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 350 of 2022 registered under Sections 420 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that prior to this case, petitioner no. 1, namely, Pushpam Kumari lodged an F.I.R. bearing Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 69 of 2022 against the informant, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail petition. It is also submitted that the petitioners have got no

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 350 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
