2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Routa P.S. Case No. 230 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) of the BNS.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. After one year of marriage, the deceased has been killed by the petitioner and his family members. The petitioner is in jail since 16.10.2024.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased, this application is dismissed.
