Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.04.2018 and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that name of this petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Dinesh Choudhary. There is nothing on the record to show that petitioner was put on Test Identification Parade or the concerned investigating officer has made any prayer for holding Test

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 88 of 2014.
