Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kawakole (Kawakol) P.S. Case No. 274 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.09.2019.
