1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Town P.S Case no.247 of 2024 registered under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that on receiving information about the accused persons including the petitioner herein who were absconding in one case being at their home, it is stated that a raid was conducted. The accused were taken into custody. On search, a loaded country made pistol and a live cartridge was recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's

It is submitted that the other two co-accused have been enlarged on bail vide orders dated 6.3.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. no.10057 of 2025 and 19.3.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. no.14369 of 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 2.12.2024 and undertakes to cooperate in the case.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the FIR, grant of bail to the above named co-accused, the petitioner having remained in custody since 2.12.2024 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Town P.S Case no.247 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Darbhanga.
