14. 06-05-2015 Heard Sri Mahesh Narayan Parbat, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 23 as well as Sri Rakesh Kumar Tiwary, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of officials of Nagar Parishad, Chapra. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of wilful disobedience to an order dated 27-09-2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16714 of 2011.

In this case, number of show causes have been filed and in second show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 2 to

Patna High Court MJC No.802 of 2012 (14) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 4, it has been indicated that all the dues have already been paid. In respect of difference of salary due to 5th pay revision commission report, it has been indicated that same shall be paid immediately after receipt of allotment from the government. In view of the facts & circumstances, the Court considers that there is no need to further keep the matter pending. The Court expects that immediately after receipt of the fund, the opposite parties/officials of Nagar Parishad, Chapra will pay the dues amount of the petitioner without unnecessary delay. The petition stands disposed of.
