2. The petitioner has prayed for following relief(s): I) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus or an appropriate writ/writ, order/orders, direction/directions commanding the respondents to fill up the post of Clase IV cum Night Guard against Advertisement No. 16452 (Ni.Ni) 12-13 as contained in Annexure-2 considering the merit list published by the District Education Officer, Madhepura, Bihar Education project on 27.8.2015 in favour of persons

Patna High Court CWJC No.20605 of 2021 dt.06-03-2024 2/3 including the petitioner as contained in Annexure-3 forthwith.

II) For commanding the respondents to fill up the vacancy class IV employee against office under the District Magistrate, Madhepura as per Bihar (Group Gh Recruitment and Service Condition) (Amendment) Rule 2012.

III) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs,order/orders, direction/directions for which the petitioner shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the State Project Director, Bihar Education Project Council, Patna (respondent no.3) and the said representation is still pending.

4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, in my view, no useful purpose would be served keeping this writ application pending.

5. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the State Project Director, Bihar Education Project Council, Patna (respondent no.3) to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. It is made clear that the State Project Director, Bihar
