The petitioner questions the appointment of the private respondent as Anganwari Sevika, Ward No.1 in the district of Aurangabad pursuant to Advertisement No. 1 of 2013 vide decision taken on 23.6.2014 after two years.

After some argument, Mr. Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays for disposal of the writ petition to enable the petitioner to pursue the matter departmentally. The writ petition is disposed of.
