For commanding the respondents to fill up the post of Class IV cum Night Guard against Advertisement No. 16452 (NI-NI) (12-13) as contained in Annexure-2 considering the merit list published by District Education officer, Madhepura, Bihar Education project on

Patna High Court CWJC No.20606 of 2021(2) dt.29-03-2024 2/2 27.8.2015 in favour of 8 persons including the petitioners as contained in Annexure-3 forthwith. (B). Also commanding the respondents to fill up the vacancy class-IV employee against office under the District Magistrate, Madhepura as par Bihar (Group Gh Recruitment and service condition)(Amendment) Rule 2012."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
