2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 410 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. There were recovery of three country made pistols from the petitioner for which another case was recovered and on the statement of the petitioner in that case, one more country made pistol was recovered for which the present case has been registered and on the whole the recovery is of 4 country made pistols from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 5.12.2024 and it appears that he is involved in supply of illegal arms of to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17037 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 criminals. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents also.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
