JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Amas P.S. Case No.80/15 for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 384 and 120(B) of the I.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The prosecution case, in short, is that in course of patrolling the informant received some information from some truck drivers that a gang uses to collect illegal money by cheating and extortion from truck drivers and the petitioner happens to be the head of the Gang, namely,Aurangzeb Alam @ Aurangzeb Khan @ Raju who is owner of M/sRaju Fuel Centre, Alahuachak, P.S. Amas, Gaya. The informant along with other patrolling party

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28893 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 came to the place of occurrence for verification and on seeing them one person of the Centre fled away therefrom some forged documents were also seized.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent. He happens to be the owner of the Petrol pump in question at G.T.Road and due to oblique reason the police has falsely implicated him in the present case. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R, Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six months from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D. J.M., Sherghati, Gaya, in Amas P.S. Case No.80/15 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. (Sudhir Singh, J) AnilKrSinha/- U T
