The petitioner seeks bail in Rajoun P.S. Case No. 60 of 2017, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Binod Mahaldar who has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.9.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 44596 of 2017.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.8.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16832 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Banka, in connection with Rajoun P.S.
