2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as a constable in Border Security Force and presently posted at Baramulla, Kashmir. Counsel submits that the petitioner has filed a mutation appeal bearing 86 of 2022-23, which was allowed in his favour and Jamabandi which was earlier disturbed, has been restored.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that even order has been passed in favour of the petitioner but no action has taken place by the Government officials, due to which petitioners' family members are in trouble. Counsel submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.4090 of 2023(2) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 petitioner has filed a representation on 14.11.2022 for redressal of his grievances before the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi, which has been annexed as Annexure-3.

4. Counsel for the State submits that it is not clear whether the persons who are aggrieved from the order of Deputy Collector Land Reform, Sitamarhi has preferred any appeal or not.

5. At this juncture, this Court feels appropriate to direct the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi to consider the representation filed by the petitioner before him and take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

6. If it is found that the order passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reform, Sitamarhi acquires finality, the District Magistrate is directed to remove the hindrance in coming and going of the petitioner on his land, within 10 weeks from the date of filing of a fresh representation before him along with the copy of the order.

7. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
