2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Khajouli P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as there is a case and counter case between the parties.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and serious injuries caused to the informant Satya Narayan Yadav upon his head attributed to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U T
