2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of looting a motorcycle, mobile phone and cash from the victim.

4. The petitioners have criminal antecedents and they are in custody since 3.9.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
