====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Raja Pakar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20520 of 2023(2) dt.24-06-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Vaishali in connection with Raja Pakar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
