The petitioner being the mother-in-law has been in custody since 27.03.2018 in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 184/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/302/34of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific role has been attributed to the present petitioner and she is languishing in jail on general and omnibus allegations. It is further submitted that the father-in-law has been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 07.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7065/2018.
In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43860 of 2018 (2) dt.24-07-2018 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Banka, in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 184/2017.
