The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.04.2012 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria P.S. Case No. 349 of 1998 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioners for the violation of the provisions of Bihar Trade Articles (Licenses Unification) Order, 1984.

Considering the materials available on record, no ground for quashing of the order dated 20.04.2012 taking cognizance against the petitioners for the violation of the provisions of Bihar Trade Articles (Licenses Unification) Order, 1984 is made out.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25545 of 2015(2) dt.14-02-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application to raise all their grievances at the stage of framing of charge, if the charge has not already framed.
