JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017, corresponding to S.T. No. 784 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
FIR disclosed that deceased had gone with the petitioner and others and the informant apprehended the hand of the petitioner in killing of her husband.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner and there is self-confession of the petitioner but that is not admissible and he is in custody for more than one year. Heard learned APP also.
In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17764 of 2019(3) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge, Barh, District Patna, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 784 of 2018, arising out of Pandarak P.S.Case No. 19 of 2017, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition is that petitioner has to cooperate in disposal of trial.
