Under the circumstances, we have proposed that the appellant may file a representation before the District Magistrate, Nawada who shall once again verify as to which area the appellant belongs and pass appropriate orders. The Ld. Counsel for the appellant has no objection to the said proposal. It is ordered accordingly.

The present appeal stands disposed of.
