The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.03.2014 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur in Complaint Case No. C680/14, by which cognizance has been taken for the offence under Sections 406 of Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.

The present application has been filed in the year 2015 and learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter.
