2. The sum essence of the argument made on behalf of the petitioner is related to a dispute as to who should be the donor member of a privately managed Intermediate College and the fight is to find a place on the Managing Committee for controlling the affairs of the College.
3. From the narration of facts and the material brought on record, these are fights which are being carried on between
Patna High Court CWJC No.10185 of 2016 dt.02-12-2016 2 / 2 individuals for which this Court has no concern with. Any declaration or any assertion of such claim should be made before a civil court of competent jurisdiction since this Court has no authority to entertain such disputes under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
4. Writ is dismissed with liberty as above.
