2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2022 .

3 . It is alleged that total 450 liter foreign liquor was recovered from the bathan (cattle shed ).

4. It is submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . The alleged cattle shed does not belong to petitioners rather it is an open place which is accessible to one and all. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17754 of 2025(2) dt.09-04-2025 2/2 possession of these petitioners and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

6. Considering the facts of the case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today , let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Exclusive special Judge Excise Court No. - II cum ADJ Hajipur Viashali in connection with Excise Hajipur Police Station Case No. 323 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
