ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-09-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 16.9.2013, by which the Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Saharsa in Criminal Revision No.167 of 2012 has set aside the order dated 18.8.2012, by which S.D.M, Saharsa had converted a proceeding under Section 144 Cr.P.C. into one under Section 145 Cr.P.C. in Misc. case No.375 of 2012.

Considering that such provisions are for emergent purposes only and the present proceeding is of the year 2012, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage.
