The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 26.02.2013 passed by learned S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur in Nathnagar (Lalmatiya) P.S. Case No. 193/12 by which cognizance has been taken for the offence under Sections 498(A) of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the materials available on record, no ground for quashing of the order dated 193/12 taking cognizance for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26119 of 2015(2) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 offence under Sections 498(A) of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 the Dowry Prohibition Act against the petitioners is made out.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application to raise all their grievances at the appropriate stage.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
