Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the O.P.No.2 jointly submit that the petitioner and the O.P.No.2 have settled their disputes out of the court. Accordingly, the petitioner has paid Rs.4/- lacs to the O.P. No.2 and remaining Rs.4/- lacs is to be paid to the O.P.No.2 in installments within four months.

Learned counsel for the O.P.No.2 has no objection in confirming the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 04.04.2019.
