ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2018 in connection with Kaji Muhammadpur P.S. Case No.224 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 400, 402 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested on suspicion that he was planning to commit some crime, but on search, save and except his own mobile, no other recovery was made. It is further submitted that the petitioner is merely a daily wager and was returning to home from work when he was arrested on suspicion.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42461 of 2018 (2) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st (East), Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kaji Muhammadpur P.S. Case No.224 of 2018.
