Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 286 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code ans Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case during the course of investigation as the FIR, instituted by the informant regarding killing of his brother, was against unknown. It is further submitted that charges have been framed. 4.

The learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that it is a case of murder and charges have been framed as such the trial has commenced.

Since the charges have been framed and trial has commenced, the learned trial court is requested to expedite the trial and to make endeavours to complete the trial within a period of 18 months from today without giving unnecessary adjournment to any of the sides.

Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected.
