JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-08-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 06.09.2022 passed in CWJC No. 18878 of 2018, the Circle Officer, Mushari, District-Muzaffarpur has passed the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 in connection with Encroachment Case No. 05 of 2022-23 and the order dated 02.09.2023 would bear it out that all the encroachments in question have stood removed. 2.
At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some encroachment is still existing, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances,
Patna High Court MJC No.696 of 2023(6) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The petition stands disposed off.
